We hope you will be delighted with any products you have purchased from EwaZflorist. However, if you are not satisfied with your products then you should notify us within three working days of the sale of flowers to you and five working days of the sale of plants. For any other items like vases, candles up to 14 days.
If we receive such notification, we will offer you, if available, replacement products, or other products selected by you to the same value as the original sale. If you select goods with a lower value than the original sale, we will refund the difference to you. Should you prefer a full refund of the selling price, we will pay this to you. If the product does not meet your expectation or is damaged it must be returned to receive replacement or get a refund.
For local delivery sales we will re-deliver any replacement products at your request.
